I got to take pictures of my little sis – Mallory’s family a couple of weeks ago. I just love them all so much. It wasn’t exactly a “calm” shoot with two little boys running around, but so much fun none-the-less. These boys (Jade & Gage) are so adorable, but nothing alike – you can see the difference in their pictures. Jade, 3, is energetic, talkative, & a little poser. Gage, energetic also, wouldn’t hardly crack a smile for his Aunt Ash. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the shoot.
So, when you take pictures for other people, you rarely get a chance to take pictures of your own family….for whatever reason. At least that’s usually the case with me. But yesterday, I decided it was about time that I get some pictures of my own kiddos – Zion, and yes, my pup Loca. Here are a couple of my most FAVORITE shots of the day!!!
This little guy is just adorable, isn’t he?!!! He’s one of my friend’s little guy. He had so much energy the day I took his 2-year pictures, but he stayed still long enough for me to capture a few of my favorite children’s portraits that I have ever taken. Just look at how precious he is!

I got to take pictures of my Bestie’s little girl, Avery Kate. I adore her. The way she crinkles her nose when she laughs, the way she says Zion’s name – “Baby Ian,” and especially because she’s named her baby doll “Ashley,” after moi! We took these pictures out in a local county park on a lovely summer’s afternoon. Here are a few of my favorites!

Late this summer, I got together with two great friends from back home. We met at my family’s house and I had the absolute best time chasing after their kiddos to get pics…and believe me, I was running! They are both beautiful women with such adorable children. We all grew up in the country, so what better place than home to have their photos captured?! I put 3 of my MOST favorite pictures on here.
My sister-in-law is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, both inside and out. We recently took a family trip to Miami, and I couldn’t pass up a chance to get a photo shoot with Caro. Her features are striking, her smile soft, and her spirit vibrant. Thanks for such a great time Caro! We miss you & love you!
